Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc, a member of Standard Bank Group, has granted scholarship award, worth N34.8 million, to 87 successful candidates who participated in the 2019 and 2020 University Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

The candidates were drawn from the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), including physically-challenged candidates.

Chief Executive, Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc, Dr. Demola Sogunle, said the scholarship formed part of the bank’s commitment to improving the quality of education in the country by rewarding hardwork and dedication.
