Adara indigenes mourn CAN scribe
Adara indigenes have expressed grief over the death of the secretary of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) for the 19 Northern states, Danladi Yarima, just as they praised his doggedness in fighting injustice in Kaduna State.
President of Adara Development Association (ADA), Awemi Dio Maisamari, stated at the weekend that until his death, Yarima was also the chairman of the Adara Kingmakers Council, playing prominent roles in other political, professional, religious and non-governmental organisations.
According to him, the deceased was a fearless and upright leader who stood in defence of his people at all times and worked tirelessly for the development of the Adara and the church.
Yarima will be buried on March 21, 2020, in Kufana, Kajuru Council of Kaduna, after funeral prayers at ECWA English Section, Sabon Tasha, Kaduna.
