Adesina lauds Buhari’s war on corruption

The Executive Head, Editorial Board of The Guardian Newspapers, Mr. Debo Adesina, has commended President Muhammadu Buhari for his achievements in fighting the war against corruption.

The Executive Head, Editorial Board of The Guardian Newspapers, Mr. Debo Adesina, has commended President Muhammadu Buhari for his achievements in fighting the war against corruption.

Adesina also condemned the stockpiling of large sums of money at homes and offices, saying those responsible would not escape the wrath of God.Speaking during a reception at Adolak Hotel in Osogbo, the Osun State capital, organised by Association of Masters in Sustainable Development Practice of Nigeria in honour of the Vice Chancellor, Osun State University, Prof Labode Popoola, who was its pioneer president, Adesina, who was the chairman of the occasion, described good work and name as the best sustainable human legacies.

He said the Buhari government deserves commendation for the war against corruption, saying: “Heaven will judge those frustrating the President’s effort.”

The Olunisa of Inisha, Oba Joseph Fasiku, described Popoola as a rare gift to Inisha town, saying his tenure as president of the association brought development to the town and his family is one of the respected.
