Afejuku to deliver UNIBEN 245th inaugural lecture

Professor of English and Literature at the University of Benin (UNIBEN), Anthony Esijolomi Afejuku will deliver the institution’s 245th inaugural lecture on 10th June 10, 2021 at the Akin Deko Auditorium, Ugbowo Campus.

Afejuku is a columnist with The Guardian and a member of the Editorial Board of The Daily Times.
A statement issued by the registrar of the university, Ademola Bobola, disclosed that Afejuku would dwell on The Autobiography of Nigeria adding that Vice-Chancellor of the university, Prof. Lillian Imuetinyan Salami, would chair the lecture.
“All guests should be seated at 3.30p.m.,” the statement added.
