A seasoned media practitioner and lawyer, Bola Alabi, has been appointed the Chief of Protocol to Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.

Until the new role, Alabi was Deputy Chief of Protocol.

Alabi started his journalism career with the defunct Daily Sketch and covered the activities of several military governors as a correspondent and rose to the position of Senior Correspondent before returning to study law in his alma mater, Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye).
