Anxiety as APC wins in 11 of 18 LGAs in Kogi polls

Palpable tension and anxiety have taken over the entire 21 local government areas in Kogi state following the commencement of collation and announcement of results.

According to results declared so far, the All Progressives Congress,(APC) has won in 11 of the 18 local government areas where results have been announced.

The INEC officially announced results in kogi, (Koton-karfe), kabba-Bunu, Ijumu, Yagba West, Yagba East, Mopa/Amuro, Okene, Okehi, Adavi, Ajaokuta, Idah and Dekina.

Others are; Ofu, Omala, Ankpa, Olamaboro, Bassa, and Ogori-mangongo.

According to the results announced by the collation officers in the local government areas, APC is leading the other party candidates in the eighteen LGAs results so far declared by INEC.

According INEC, announcement of results from the remaining three local governments will continue at 4:00 p.m on Sunday
