There was jubilation among members of the Taraba State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) yesterday when the revalidation exercise finally kicked off.

Party loyalists from the 16 councils of the state, including the Special Development Areas, witnessed the exercise in Jalingo.

Believing that the exercise would not only bring in new members into the party but also ensure victory for the party in the 2023 polls, the members vowed to go extra miles to woo eligible voters from their various areas to come out and participate.

The caretaker committee chairman of the party in the state, Ibrahim El-Sudi, said the party desired to begin the exercise with the training of supervisors.
