Ose said: “I thank you for the very special gifts you have given me all my life. You’ve given me the gift of sweet childhood memories. You’ve given me the gift of dreams— the ones you’ve made come true and the ones I achieved myself because of your encouragement.”
On his part, Toke said: My mother’s love advises and inspires me to dream and hope. My mother’s love is still a gift I treasure every single day. Then, with every passing year, I realise more fully all the caring and unselfish things you’ve done for me. With every passing year, I grow more grateful that I have a mother who loves me with such warmth and generous heart.”
Tive said: “I could not have asked for a greater gift in my life than to have you as a mother and a friend. As I have grown, you have watched me experience all the joys and sadness this world has to offer. Remember the attempt on dad’s life?
“You’ve remained by my side every step of the way. You have always encouraged me, never doubted me. You made me believe in myself and never let me down. You have taught me life’s lessons and given me morals and standards to live by.
“Your strength has helped me appreciate my ability. You have handed me keys to open doors of opportunity. When one door closes, I have the courage to open another, knowing that no matter what lies behind that door, I have your love, support and friendship to turn to. You have exceeded the duties of a mother and surpassed all expectations of a friend.
