Executive Secretary of the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), Mr. Emmanuel Shior, who stated this while briefing newsmen, said thousands of persons were displaced as a result of herdsmen’s attack on farming communities of the state, maintaining that the plan to disengage the IDPs include recapitalising them to start life after the camps.
