Buhari swears in four advisers, permanent secretary

PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari has sworn-in four special advisers and the recently appointed permanent secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

President Muhammadu Buhari has sworn-in four special advisers and the recently appointed permanent secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The swearing-in ceremony was held at the Council Chambers Presidential Villa, shortly before the commencement of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.

Among the presidential aides sworn in were Malam Tijani Abdullahi, Special Adviser to the President on Budget and National Planning; Senator Babafemi Ojudu, special adviser to the president on political matters, Office of the Vice President; Dr. Adeyemi Dipeolu, special adviser to the president on economic matters, Office of the Vice President and Mrs. Maryam Uwais, senior special assistant to the president on social investment.

Amb. Rafiu Enikanolaye was sworn in as the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
