Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Stephen Oceini has said that Kogi State will deliver President Buhari on 16th of February with massive votes that has never been witnessed.

Oceini who spoke yesterday in Lokoja while fielding questions from newsmen said the chances of the APC in Kogi are bright, challenging Kogi voters to collect their PVCS without further delay and charged the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to move uncollected PVCs closer to the people at ward and polling units levels.

Speaking against the backdrop that a whooping 261,917 PVCs are lying unclaimed less than a month to the general elections, he said the people could only vote for Buhari if they have their PVCs.

He said there is no doubt that the commitment of Kogi people is enough to show that they are determined to return President Buhari, so voters card would not be an issue as everybody is determined to collect and vote for the incumbent.
