Clerics, others eulogise Nomthi Odukoya’s legacies

Pastors and members of Fountain of Life Church, Lagos, have eulogised the legacies of the late Pastor Nomthi Odukoya who passed on last Tuesday at the age of 47.

They described her as a woman that touched so many lives and also left so many testimonies behind.

Pastor Fred Ohiani, who spoke at a service held yesterday at the headquarters of the church in Ilupeju, Lagos, urged members not to sorrow but give thanks to God because she has gone to be with the Lord.

He said when she was alive, she pleased God and in spite of the efforts of her husband and the church, God decided otherwise, therefore, nobody could question Him because He knows everything.

According to him, the ways of God are mysterious and no man can understand Him.

He encouraged members not to join others to peddle rumours they cannot substantiate.

Ohiani, while describing the life of a man as a smoke, enjoined every member to pray more than ever before because the devil as the enemy of believers is going about creating problems to discourage God’s children.
