The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court is to fix a new date for the hearing of the criminal charges preferred against Chief Kenny Martins and three others by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Justice Modupe Adebiyi had earlier fixed today for the hearing of the matter but due to the court’s lockdown, a new date is to be communicated to all parties in the alleged N7.74 billion fraud suit.

The anti-graft agency is prosecuting Martins, the coordinator of the Police Equipment Fund (PEF), following his alleged connivance with the trio to “embezzle about N7,740,000,000 belonging to the organisation.”
