The Chief Magistrate’s Court, Wuse Zone 6, Abuja, will on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, rule on the various applications brought before it by BGL Plc and its subsidiaries against their trial.

A statement by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) yesterday noted that these applications centered on the First Information Report (FIR) before the court and jurisdiction of the court to hear the matter.
