The Federal High Court sitting in Kaduna, yesterday, fixed April 14 for ruling on the bail application filed by former Kaduna State governor, Nasir el-Rufai.
Armed DSS operatives whisked the plaintiff back to Abuja after the proceedings.
Besides, the lead counsel to el-Rufai, Oluwole Iyamu (SAN), told Journalists that the ruling on the bail application had been adjourned till April 14 shortly after the court session.
On a related matter scheduled for April 10 at the Federal High Court in Abuja, Iyamu said the legal team was fully prepared.
Recall that el-Rufai recently withdrew his N1 billion fundamental rights suit against the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC).
