Dangote condoles with Gombe governor over sister’s demise
The President of Dangote Group, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, yesterday, paid a condolence visit to Governor Muhammadu Yahaya of Gombe State over the demise of the latter’s younger sister, Aishatu Yahaya-Umaru.
She died recently in Gombe at the age of 48 while battling a protracted illness.
The Director-General (Press Affairs) Government House, Ismaila Misilli, stated that the business magnate and Africa’s richest man was at the Governor’s Lodge, Asokoro, to convey his heartfelt condolences to Yahaya and his family.
He urged them to take solace in the fact that “to Allah belongs what He takes, and to Him belongs what he gives, and for everything, he sets a specific term. So we should have patience and seek the reward from Allah.”
