Daystar Christian Centre has pledged to address what it described as one of the biggest challenges facing growing ministries, which is the absence of sustainable systems and structures.
The event will be at the inaugural Global Church Systems Conference (GCSC) in Lagos on July 16 and 17, 2026, themed; “Building Sustainable, Scalable, Spirit-Led Church Systems.”
According to the church, the conference will bring together more than 1,000 pastors and church leaders from across Africa and beyond to explore strategies for building scalable and spirit-led church organisations.
Founder and Senior Pastor of Daystar Christian Centre, Sam Adeyemi, who spoke ahead of the conference, said many ministries struggle not because of a lack of vision but because they lack effective systems to sustain growth.
Also, Co-Founder of the Centre, Pastor Nike Adeyemi, said that effective church systems should enhance care and community building rather than diminish them.
“Systems without people are cold, and people without systems are chaos. The strongest churches are those where structure protects people and gives them room to belong, grow and be cared for,” she said.
According to the organisers, the conference will adopt a practical learning approach, with participants working in small groups to identify gaps within their ministries and develop customised 90-day implementation plans.
However, the two-day programme is targeted at senior pastors, general overseers, ministry executives and church operations leaders. Registration is currently open, while scholarship opportunities are available for student pastors.
