The Director, Human Resources Management, Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (FMHUD), Mr. Ayodele Anthony Ademola, has bowed out of the Federal Civil Service after a meritorious career marked by dedication, professionalism and commitment to service.

The FMHUD says Ademola’s retirement was celebrated by colleagues, workers, who commended his contributions to the overall growth and effective administration of the Ministry.

Speaking at the occasion, Permanent Secretary, Dr. Shuaib Mohammed Belgore, described Mr. Ademola as a calm, focused and dedicated public servant who discharged his responsibilities with diligence and a strong sense of duty.

He also noted that the retiring Director distinguished himself through his professionalism, efficiency, maturity and commitment to the ideals of the Nigeria’s public service.

The Permanent Secretary however acknowledged Mr. Ademola’s significant contributions to the Human Resources Management Directorate, particularly in promoting effective personnel administration and supporting the Ministry’s institutional objectives.

He therefore commended Mr. Ademola’s ability to work with colleagues across different levels, noting that his calm disposition and experience contributed to a harmonious working environment.

In their separate remarks, his colleagues and staff of the Ministry, described the retiring Director as an approachable, dependable and disciplined officer whose years of service left a positive imprint on the organisation.

They recalled his mentorship, cooperation and willingness to share his wealth of experience, while wishing him good health, fulfilment and success in the next chapter of his life.

As Mr. Ayodele Anthony Ademola takes his well-deserved retirement, the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development celebrates his years of dedicated service and invaluable contributions to the Federal Civil Service.

The Ministry equally expressed confidence that the legacy of professionalism, humility and commitment which he leaves behind will continue to inspire those who worked with him, even as it wished him and his family a rewarding and peaceful retirement.

Meanwhile, Mr Ayodele has handed over the affairs of the department to Mr Bello Muhammad Udu, who was deployed by the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation to head the department.

Mr Udu commended the outgoing Director for the invaluable service he rendered to the ministry and the nation, promising to do his best to upscale the standard.
