A Brazilian influencer and former Playboy model, Juliana Isen, has undergone surgery to reconstruct her nose after a part of it was bitten off by a dog on New Year’s Eve.

The 39-year-old suffered the attack at a party in Mexico when she went to pet an Akita Inu who also bit her hand.

She was immediately rushed to Angeles Hospital where a two-hour surgery was performed to restructure her nose.

In a post to her 2.5 million followers on Instagram.l, she said, ” had surgery to remove the bacteria and had my entire nose reconstructed. Thank God, the plastic surgeon said I won’t have any scars.”

Asides being grateful for the successful surgery, Isen expressed delight that her new nose looks better than what she had before the incident.

“I’m happier because the doctor said I don’t need to do anything in Brazil, he reconstructed my entire nose.

“It’s perfect. I think he even refined my nose a little more, it’s thinner,” she said.

The influencer who was discharged from the hospital on Thursday, revealed that she didn’t catch rabies but was infected by a dangerous bacteria.

“I’m taking antibiotics and being monitored in the hospital to avoid complications,” she added.

Isen become popular after she protested topless against the administration of then-president Dilma Rousseff.
