The 2025 ELOY Awards are set to honour women across Africa who are redefining leadership and driving innovation. The annual ceremony, hosted by the ELOY Awards Foundation, will celebrate outstanding achievements and recognise women whose work contributes to social and economic development.
For 17 years, the ELOY Awards have grown into one of the continent’s most motivating platforms for women. Beyond celebrating excellence, the awards foster mentorship, business connections, and networks that help women thrive professionally and personally.
Stressing the purpose of the event, Dr. Tewa Onasanya, Founder of the ELOY Awards Foundation and Publisher of Exquisite Magazine, said, “The theme for this year, Confidently Audacious, celebrates women who dare to dream, lead boldly, and influence change with courage and purpose. The ELOY Awards are about amplifying those voices that push boundaries and redefine what’s possible.”

Adding to this, Ken Akinfolurin, Project Manager at the ELOY Awards, said, “It is going to be a night of celebrating excellence and recognising women who dare to be different.”
