Elumelu assures on 2020 budget execution

Minority leader of the House of Representatives, Ndudi Elumelu, has assured that his caucus will ensure effective monitoring and implementation of the N10.59 trillion budget for 2020.

Elumelu, in a statement in Abuja, disclosed that the minority leadership of the house had already worked out an end-to-end monitoring strategy to check corruption, diversion and wastages.

The minority leader noted that Nigerians placed confidence in the opposition for solution, hence he directed opposition lawmakers to brace up to ensure that budgetary provisions, especially those that have direct bearing to the wellbeing of the masses, were all fully and evenly implemented.
