The Akwa Ibom State native was one of the several presidential aides who had held on in office even at the expiration of the first term of the current administration without renewal of appointments.
Contacted for comments, the Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the President, Garba Shehu, said the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha, was in a better position to speak on the matter.
