The Minister of Solid Minerals Development, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, has charged Muslims to exhibit humility, sacrifice, love and selfless service in both their private and public conducts.

In a statement by his Special Assistant on Media, Olayinka Oyebode, the minister said witnessing another Eid-el-Fitri was a special privilege from the Almighty Allah who has control over the destiny of a man.

He said the 30-day Ramadan fast has drawn the faithful closer to Allah, urging them to keep on practising the lessons learnt from the holy month in their relationships with their maker and fellow human beings.

Fayemi also urged the citizens to celebrate with moderation and focus more on seeking the face of Allah for a more prosperous Nigeria and a more peaceful world.
