Firm, two banks to invest N10b in Borno infrastructure

OBTUSE Technical Engineering and Construction (OTEC) company has partnered TAJ Bank and First City Monument Bank (FCMB) to invest N10 billion in infrastructure in Borno State.

OBTUSE Technical Engineering and Construction (OTEC) company has partnered TAJ Bank and First City Monument Bank (FCMB) to invest N10 billion in infrastructure in Borno State.

The facilities are sited in Maiduguri Metropolitan Council (MMC) and Jere Local Council to boost the recovery efforts under the 10-year 2020 transformation strategy.

Unveiling the state’s corporate infrastructural renaissance, yesterday, in Maiduguri, the Project Manager of Craftec Homes, Grema Hamazah, disclosed: “The over one decade Boko Haram terrorism requires private sector investors and other development partners.”

According to him, the N10 billion investment will provide critical infrastructure to create jobs for unemployed youths in the state.
