Forbes Afrique features Nigeria’s Zuriel Oduwole in February edition
Widely circulated and read magazine in 23 Francophone African countries, including Switzerland, France and Belgium, Forbes Afrique, is featuring Nigeria’s 14-year-old girl education advocate, Zuriel Oduwole, in its February edition. The goal being to formally introduce her to the French-speaking public.
The Forbes brand, founded more than 96 years ago in New York, United States, has earned its global place in delivering relevant and rewarding business leadership information.
In her interview with the medium, Oduwole spoke on her ideas, vision, foundation and commitments for the future.
In the summer of 2013, the then 10-year-old Oduwole made her debut appearance in Forbes Magazine when the African title of the medium recognised her early work on girl education before the issue became topical globally.
Earlier last month, she was honoured in Washington DC by the U.S. Secretary of State, John Kerry, who described her as “the world’s most powerful girl” for recording giant strides in the area of girl education development in Africa as well as her new idea on skill transfer to unemployed youths on the continent.
Miss Oduwole has spoken to more than 24,900 youths in 11 countries and met one-on-one with 23 presidents to talk education policy.
