Fortreal Real Estate Academy has recorded a significant milestone with the first cohort of its Advanced Real Estate Executive Programme (AREEP) collectively closing real estate transactions valued at over ₦3 billion.

The achievement highlights the growing importance of practical education in equipping real estate professionals with the knowledge, strategies, and leadership skills needed to build successful businesses and execute profitable deals.

Beyond the transaction figures, participants recorded other notable achievements, including land acquisitions for estate development, office launches, strategic partnerships, and the prevention of potentially costly real estate scams.

The inaugural cohort brought together top realtors, young developers, and professionals seeking to expand their businesses and strengthen their positions in the industry. Participants also highlighted the programme’s impact on their mindsets, business strategies, and approach to leadership. One graduate described the opening class on the science of transformation as a defining experience that reshaped their understanding of real estate and business.

The programme represents a new phase in Fortreal Academy’s development. Over the past three years, the academy has trained more than 10,000 real estate professionals, delivered over 30 paid course cohorts, certified more than 1,000 practitioners, hosted masterclasses in Nigeria, Uganda, and Kenya, and trained leading corporate real estate firms across Nigeria.

With the introduction of AREEP, the academy has begun expanding into physical executive training as part of its vision to establish training campuses offering in-person professional programmes.

Through this initiative, Fortreal Real Estate Academy aims to bridge the gap between real estate knowledge and practical execution, empowering professionals to develop properties, build sustainable businesses, make informed investment decisions, and compete on a global stage.
