Foundation presents award to entrepreneurs in Niger

A non-governmental organization, the Super Achiever Foundation in Niger State, has organized a capacity developmental day and award night to showcase entrepreneurs who has made impact to the growth and development of the society, in Minna at the weekend.

National Coach of the foundation, Mr. Toluwalase Adebayo while speaking to The Guardian shortly after declaring the ceremony open, stated that the foundation established in February 2021, is focused on entrepreneurial development and career growth.

Toluwalase noted that Super Achiever is a one-on-one accountability group that grew from inception with only Mr Solomon Adewole as its first member to membership strength of over 200.

He disclosed that the organization has trained not less than 500 youths engaged in community resources and tools that are suited to the evolving needs of entrepreneurs as well as career growth.

“We have provided human resources that has helped careers and businesses grow in the form of reachable mentors who are readily available to handhold entrepreneurs through their business growth process through the #One-on-One Mentoring program,” Adebayo said.

The National Coach also revealed that the group had provided appropriate knowledge, tools and resources for career persons and entrepreneurs through weekly masterclasses, community peer learning and online courses tailored to help ready-to-learn professionals grow their businesses and careers.

He maintained that the Achievers Hub group is for every member of the Super Achiever foundation with the aim of triggering personal development and daily motivation in the core areas of spirituality, finance and money management, time management, business development and marketing, relationship, love and marriage.
