A non-governmental organisation, Olori Olori Aderonke Omolola Erinle (OAOE) Foundation, has solicited the support of Nigerians to help stop abuse against the elderly persons in the communities.

The foundation is also set to inaugurate an Old People’s Home, where vulnerable older citizens would be cared and catered for.

The founder, Aderonke Erinle, in Lagos, said in line with the motto of the foundation, which is “Positively Affecting Lives”, its mission is to dispense total care by providing financial assistance and emotional support to the vulnerable older persons in the society.

Erinle noted that the home would provide a decent and wholesome environment for the vulnerable aged, while urging well-meaning Nigerians, and other organisations to support the foundation.
