Four-year-old seeks N279,000 for bladder surgery
Special doctors at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Idi-Araba, have recommended a third stage surgery of Bladder Exstrophy-Epispadias complex for five-year-old Temitope Apanisile. Apanisile, a native of Ekiti State, had his first surgery in October 2013 and the second one in August 2018 but needs a third stage surgery at an estimated cost of N279,300 for normalcy.
According to the boy’s father, Wale Apanisile, the two surgeries were made possible by the help of well-meaning Nigerians and they are again appealing to the public for funds to carry out the final stage surgery in order to save his son’s life and help him recover his genitals. His details are GTBank, Apanisile Wale 0237910788. He can be reached on 08030688658.
