Abia State Commissioner for Information, Chief John Kalu, has said that Governor Okezie Ikpeazu is saddened by Monday’s clash at the boundary between Isu in Arochukwu Council of the state and Utuma in Biase Council of Cross River State.
The clash over boundary delineation reportedly claimed one life and left many injured.
