The African Youth Initiative for Good Governance and Peace, a prominent non-profit organization dedicated to promoting peace and good governance among African youth, recently highlighted the commendable efforts of private sector advisor with Bayan Global, Musa Jason Saint, in the fields of healthcare and peace advocacy.
During a recent event, the Convener, Oyewole Michael, praised Saint for his extensive work in health services and his dedication to fostering peace and unity across Nigeria.
He said Saint, who is a renowned private sector advisor with Bayan Global and a consultant on healthcare service delivery to NGOs, has been instrumental in advancing health standards and promoting peace through community engagement and capacity building.
Meanwhile, the African Youth Initiative for Good Governance and Peace condemned the ongoing issues of insurgency and violence in Nigeria, calling for a unified stance against forces threatening the nation’s peace and stability.
Michael said the organisation remains at the forefront of advocating for democratic principles and engaging youth in leadership and peacebuilding activities that aim to nurture a generation of leaders equipped to tackle the continent’s challenges.
In his response, Saint expressed gratitude for the recognition and reiterated his commitment to enhancing healthcare delivery and advocating for peaceful resolutions to conflicts.
He emphasised the importance of collective efforts in peacebuilding and the role of education in fostering a unified approach to governance and societal development.
Both the organisation and the consultant called on more individuals to contribute their expertise and energy towards building a more peaceful and prosperous Africa.
Their efforts underscore the critical need for cooperation among governmental bodies, private sector leaders, and civil society to achieve lasting peace and effective governance.
