Ridersport Software Nigeria Ltd (RSNL) recently introduced a financial upgrading lottery for Nigerians in order to support their income as well as bring innovation into the market.

During the official unveiling in Lagos, Executive Chairman RSNL, Omoba Omotosho said their aim is to alleviate poverty in the lives of winners, provide an opportunity for Nigerians to be gainfully engaged in terms of becoming agents who get paid commissions from turnovers. He further said the ideology is to engineer a product that will be acceptable to Nigerians, benefit them, and empower the youths and low-income earners. “Lottery is not sports betting, we are licensed to operate.

At RSNL you’re only paying for the numbers you drop. You generate memorable numbers like date of birth from 1-49. We have reduced the long odds, such that with Riders Lotto (RL), everyone is a winner” He said.

He further said “We are coming into the market the way lotto is designed and operated globally with a power ball machine. We have approached the World Lottery Association and they said we have to practice for six months to ensure we’re toeing the line. This is our way of empowering society. A lottery company does not take all the profit, we pay tax and distribute squarely for the greater good of the people. We are encouraging Nigerians to play RL because part of our proceeds goes to societal development, like building schools in the localities, empowerment and ensuring that our community is built upon wealth through sharing of the benefits of RL” he said.

Omotosho added that lottery, as is practiced all over the world, is fun and entertaining and can be played online from the comfort of home, market place, even in the workplace. “We’re able to relate with people at the grass-root. However, you have to be over 18-years to be eligible to play. Our lottery is daily million twice a day Monday- Sunday, with a special called Lucky Ladies played only on Wednesdays and Food Basket, played on Saturday” he noted.
