Gtext Land woos investors with affordable plots in highbrow Sardius Estate, Guzape

GTEXT Land has launched the sale of 32 plots of land in the luxurious green and smart Sardius Estate, situated in the Guzape 2 prime area of Abuja, the nation’s Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The CEO, Gtext Land, Miss Martha Onsachi, who spoke at the unveiling of the estate assured prospective investors of comfort and good returns on investment.

She further identified the proximity of Sardius Estate to Guzape 1, also known as Asokoro Extension, coupled with the road infrastructure being put in place by Gilmor construction as part of the unique selling points to investors.

At the event graced by former Inspector General of Police, Sir Mike Okiro and several dignitaries, she disabused the minds of Nigerians who hold the view that the cost of a 400 sq. plot in Sardius Estate is beyond the reach of Nigerians with modest means.

According to her: “One of our unique selling points is the location. You can see that Gilmor Construction Company is working on the highway here. So when we choose a location, we look at what is happening around, the infrastructures, what is coming in, how people coming here can attract others to buy their property by the time they build.

“Or is it the networking and the calibre of people that stay in the location? Is it the infrastructure? Guzape 1 is selling for N300 million currently and this is Guzape 2 that is selling for N80 million today. We started selling this plot for N10 million and it goes on and on.

“So, for you to see that an estate that is selling for N10 million, then N40 million and now on the launch date we are selling for N50 million, it means there is something special here. So people that have the foresight are already seeing what is coming. So they buy now when it is cheap, affordable so that they can resell later if they so wish.”

Continuing, she noted: “Our property is for everyone and at the same time, it is not for everybody. So, we give a flexible payment plan. So, that alone gives people who are not earning high enough to pay. If you come to us, we can give you a payment plan for as high as one year. That would help you pay gradually till you are done with the payment.”
