The chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State, Charles Idahosa, has cautioned against attempts to push Governor Godwin Obaseki out of the party.

Idahosa, while addressing journalists in Benin City, the state capital, called on former Governor Adams Oshiomhole to remember how Obaseki raised funds for his governorship campaign.

“If by error of commission or omission, Governor Obaseki is pushed out of the APC, the party is dead in the state and I will go with the governor to anywhere he goes,” he said.

The APC leader added that Oshiomhole was ungrateful to Obaseki who reportedly helped him to become governor.
