Governor Emeka Ihedioha has set up an eight-man panel, chaired by Justice B. C. Iheka, to investigate the contracts awarded by the administrations of Chiefs Achike Udenwa, Ikedi Ohakim and Rochas Okorocha in Imo State.

A statement yesterday in Owerri by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Chibuike Onyeukwu, named the publisher of Source Magazine, Dame Comfort Obi, as secretary to the panel. Other members are Chris Ibeh; Ifeyinwa Maureen Okafor; Dr. Samuel Ifeanyi Onwuasoanya; Stanley Imo; Paschal Uzokwu and Aloy Ejimako.

The document reads: “Governor Emeka Ihedioha of Imo State is investigating award of contracts during the period former Governors Achike Udenwa, Ikedi Ohakim and Rochas Okorocha were governors of the state.”
