Kaduna Speaker says Tinubu is a northerner, assures of victory for APC

The Speaker, Kaduna State House of Assembly, Yusuf Ibrahim Zailani, has assured of victory for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) at the ongoing polls.

While assuring the people of the state of a resounding victory for the Presidential candidate of APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, he described him as a Pan-Nigeria.

He said Asiwaju is a northerner, and not a Yoruba, as far as the northerners are concerned. He has touched lives of people from different parts of the country.

The Speaker said this shortly after casting his vote at exactly 10:20am in his polling unit at Riga Chickun, Igabi Council of Kaduna State.

Zailani, who is chairman of Northern Speakers Forum, said contrary to belief in some quarters, especially in the South, that northerners would fail Tinubu at the polls, he revealed Tinubu is a sure bet for the north.

“Asiwaju is the best candidate among all, the northerners believe in him, and I believe that Asiwaju is going to be declared the new President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
“There is no how you talk of the success of APC in Nigeria at the last polls without mentioning Tinubu, and this is the reason that the northerners are ready to massively vote him,” the Speaker said.
