The decision to launch a subsidiary in South Africa follows a meticulous evaluation of the country’s advantages for businesses expanding their operations. Mrs. Lilian Madueke, Chief Operating Officer of Kaizen Academy Nigeria Limited, highlighted key factors driving this expansion.

She also noted that access to Developed Infrastructure was also one of the other benefits of the move.
‘South Africa’s well-developed infrastructure, including robust transportation, communication, and financial systems, is expected to enhance the efficiency of Kaizen Academy’s business operations, ensuring seamless service delivery. While the initial office will be in Cape Town, expansion plans include other urban areas like Johannesburg in the medium to long term.’
