The National Democracy Stakeholders Group (NDSG) has called for the establishment of a national database to capture Nigerians in need of humanitarian crisis.

The non-governmental organisation argued that the lack of a single database that captures those in need of assistance had contributed immensely to the worsening humanitarian crisis in the country.

Addressing the media yesterday in Abuja, the group’s convener, Kletsaint Akor, noted that Nigeria would attract more global support if information on people with needs were easily accessible and organised.
