No fewer than 440 persons, comprising 38 landlords and 402 tenants, have received compensation following the acquisition of their property around Ojuelegba to facilitate the implementation of the Quality Bus Corridor infrastructure project.
The project, being jointly funded by the Lagos State Government and the French Development Agency, will facilitate priority bus services between Ojuelegba and Cele Bus stop along Oshodi-Apapa Expressway.
The compensation payment is part of LAMATA’s commitment to ensuring fair and transparent treatment for all stakeholders affected by the projects.
