Lawan, minister, NASFAT task Muslims on love, peace, others

President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan, Minister of Police Affairs, Muhammad Maigari Dingyadi and Chief Missioner of NASFAT, Abdulk-Azeez Onike, have felicitated with Muslim Ummah on the occasion of the Eid-ul-Mawlid to mark the birth of Prophet Muhammad.

In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media, Ola Awoniyi, Lawan admonished that the occasion should be a reminder to the faithful and all people of virtues of peaceful coexistence, love and tolerance as taught and lived by the Prophet.

Dingyadi, on his part, urged faith, resilience, selflessness and a renewed commitment to peaceful coexistence, tolerance and nation-building.

NASFAT’s Onike sued for good character and exemplariness.
