NIWA’s Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Adeleke Olorunimbe Mamora at the signing ceremony in Lokoja, explained that the contract, which is worth N1.6 billion, was being signed with Messrs Liebherr Nigeria Limited.

He said Lokoja River Port located in Jamata axis of Lokoja is one of the four ports under construction by NIWA.
