A 31-year-old man, Jubril Dalamun, has been arrested by the Ogun State Police Command for allegedly defiling a 12-year-old girl in Ago Iwoye. Police Public Relations Officer Omolola Odutola confirmed the arrest, saying it followed a report filed by the victim’s mother, Kehinde Kafayat
A 31-year-old man, Jubril Dalamun, has been arrested by the Ogun State Police Command for allegedly defiling a 12-year-old girl in Ago Iwoye. Police Public Relations Officer Omolola Odutola confirmed the arrest, saying it followed a report filed by the victim’s mother, Kehinde Kafayat, on October 22, 2024.
Mrs Kafayat alleged that Dalamun, residing at No. 8 Imososi Street, Ago Iwoye, had forcibly assaulted and defiled her daughter on October 19, 2024.The victim was taken to Love and Care Hospital in Ago Iwoye for medical examination and treatment. The case will be transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) for further investigation and potential prosecution.
