Nestle launches new seasoning range

Nestle Nigeria has launched a new powder seasoning range, Maggi Signature, designed for indigenous cuisine.

Nestle Nigeria has launched a new powder seasoning range, Maggi Signature, designed for indigenous cuisine.

Maggi Signature, which comes in three flavour variants- Jollof, Miya and Pottages- is a unique blend of natural ingredients, such as bay leaves, onions, tomatoes, chili pepper and thyme commonly used in household kitchens across the country.

The powders serve as finishers, which encourage mixity, intensify and boost the Nigerian cooking experience.

Speaking on the new product, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Nestle Nigeria, Mauricio Alarcon, said the new addition was in line with ‘Maggi Simply Good’ commitments to use familiar and common ingredients to help individuals and families lives healthier, happier lives.

Speaking at the event, Secretary to the Ogun State government, Mr. Joseph Olatokunbo Talabi, said the state was committed to providing an enabling environment that would ensure the growth of existing businesses and promote new investments.
