The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) has awarded the rank of a fellow to a real estate magnate, Chief Yemi Idowu.

Idowu, a leading real estate developer, bagged the award at a colourful event on Wednesday, January 31, in Abuja. He, along with other leading lights in the building industry were recognised for their lifelong contribution to the real estate profession and the national economy.

The event tagged: “30th Johnwood Ekpenyong Lecture & 2024 Fellows’ Induction” was performed by the President of NIESV, 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗲𝘃𝗯𝗼, Chief Simon Okeke of Knight Frank and Co. and Victor Alonge, First Vice President of NIESV.

Amayaevbo described the new fellows as deserving and encouraged them to remain dedicated to the profession.

The reinvigorated Nigerian Institute of Estate Valuers and Surveyors continues to remain the beacon of the industry and stands ready and willing to advise and perform in the government reforms.

Idowu, while reacting to the induction said: ” This is indeed a great honour that I won’t take for granted.

“This award is an impetus to deliver more quality service to the profession, the industry, the nation and humanity,” the real estate magnate said.
