Governor Abubakar Sani Bello of Niger State has sympathised with Senate Chief Whip, Orji Uzor Kalu, over the death of his wife, Ifeoma.

In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary (CPS), Mrs. Mary Noel Berje, the governor urged Kalu to remain steadfast in God in this trying moment.

“I know this is a difficult time for you and other family members, but I want you to know that God, who has allowed this to happen, is capable of comforting you. She lived a good life, and I want you to be console with that,” he said.

Bello prayed God to accept the deceased and grant the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
