The National Coordinator of the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (PBAT) Door-To-Door Movement, Sunday Adekanbi Asuku, has commended President Bola Tinubu for sustaining Nigeria’s unity and rekindling hope in a prosperous future.
Speaking during a peace walk in Lagos to mark Nigeria’s 65th Independence anniversary, Asuku said the country’s journey since independence has been one of sacrifice, vision, and determination, laid down by the founding fathers.
He described Nigeria as “the heartbeat of Africa,” with its strength drawn from diversity, culture, and resilience.
“We salute President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the people’s president, whose Renewed Hope Agenda is rekindling faith in a stronger, more prosperous Nigeria,” Asuku stated.
He also lauded state governors for their efforts in driving development at the grassroots, noting that their contributions, alongside the resilience of citizens, demonstrate that “the labour of our heroes past shall never be in vain.”
According to him, the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement, under the leadership of High Chief Government Ekpemupolo (Tompolo), remains committed to spreading the message of hope, unity, and progress to households and communities across the country.
Asuku urged Nigerians to continue supporting the government’s efforts to build a united, peaceful, and prosperous nation, stressing that the true strength of the country lies not only in its leaders but in the collective will of its people.
