kidnapped senior Anglican cleric, Most Rev. Prof. Godwin Okpala has been freed by his abductors.
Words filtered in on Thursday morning that Most Rev. Okpala was released alongside his driver after spending one month in the kidnappers’ den.
Although details of his release are still sketchy as of the time this report was filed, it is being celebrated on various social media platforms of the Anglican Communion. One such platform is the official Facebook page of St. Stephen’s Anglican Church, Nnewi.
