The philanthropists stated that the initiative was also established to mark Nigeria’s 64th Independence anniversary.

The underprivileged individuals in Yaba and Eti-Osa local government areas were the recipients of the most recent effort. The businessmen, through their representative, Beulah Akingbelu-Banjo, distributed food items on Friday, 11th October 2024 to support the Federal Government’s initiatives to combat hunger and food poverty.

In their statement, the businessmen expressed that their contribution was a gesture of goodwill towards the Nigerian people.

“There is no better way to celebrate Nigeria than to promote the welfare and well-being of its citizens in our own small way,” said Ramnani.

“The outreach, which aims to address hunger and enhance food security, is part of a wider plan to cover every local government in Nigeria, targeting two local governments at a time over the next few years,” added Mahtani.
