Authorities in Nigeria, including the Vigilante Group of Nigeria (VGN), have declared a 36-year-old lady identified as Glory Chidinma Nwabeke (an orphan) wanted over the circumstances surrounding her uncle’s death, Mr. John Sunday Amadi, who is 65 years old.
According to authorities, the incident allegedly happened in the evening around 4 p.m. Nigeria time at Ago Palace, Isolo Local Government Area (LGA) of Lagos State, where Glory was discovered to have allegedly left the scene for fear of mob attack.
According to reports gathered from the field during investigation, the orphan, who has been living with her uncle along with her sibling since childhood, has been a victim of different forms of sexual molestation and allegedly pushed the deceased down in the bathroom when he attempted another round of molestation.
Additionally, investigation also revealed that Glory’s only brother was brutally attacked to death by a mob while trying to expose the circumstances and what has been happening in the family to the authorities, neighbors, and onlookers after the incident.
As at the time of filing this report, Glory’s official means of communication were not reachable for reaction and to tell her own side of the story. Her whereabouts are still unclear. Nobody could ascertain whether she is dead or alive, as the mob reportedly went after her immediately after the incident.
