The Lagos State Government is set to partner with Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on economic development.

The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, disclosed this in a post he shared on his X account on Wednesday.

“‘I was paid a courtesy visit by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation led by Uche Amaonwu, Country Director for Nigeria.’,” the governor said.

“We discussed innovative strategies to improve health outcomes, enhance education, and support economic development in our shared communities.

“It was an opportunity to share our local insights and priorities, and I was inspired by their commitment to making a positive impact on people’s lives around the world.”
